Cancelling Your Subscription

How to cancel

You can cancel your subscription anytime from the Settings page. Go to Settings → Your Subscription → Manage in Stripe. From the Stripe billing portal, select Cancel subscription.

When does it take effect?

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access to your paid tier until then. Brkcore does not issue pro-rated refunds, and you won't be charged again.

What happens to my files after cancellation?

After your subscription ends, your account moves to the Free tier. Files are retained for 90 days on the free tier. Pro/Pro+ files created during your subscription are subject to free-tier retention from the date of downgrade.

Changed your mind?

If your subscription hasn't ended yet, you can re-activate from Settings → Your Subscription → Manage in Stripe. From the Stripe billing portal, select Renew subscription. This will re-activate your subscription and bill at the end of your current billing period.
