My Generation Is Stuck or Failed

Stuck on "processing" or "pending"

1. Wait 30–60 seconds — generation time varies.

2. Refresh the page and check if the output appears.

3. Try generating again if the stuck output doesn't resolve.

4. Check that your internet connection is stable.

Generation shows as "failed"

Failures can happen due to temporary server issues. Retry once. If failures continue across multiple attempts, contact support@brkcore.com with your account email and the session name.

Daily limit reached (free tier)

Free users have a limit of 16 generations per day (including remixes and regenerations). This resets at midnight UTC. Upgrade to Pro or Pro+ for higher limits.
