My Generation Is Stuck or Failed
Stuck on "processing" or "pending"
Wait 30–60 seconds — generation time varies.
Refresh the page and check if the output appears.
Try generating again if the stuck output doesn't resolve.
Check that your internet connection is stable.
Generation shows as "failed"
Failures can happen due to temporary server or sync issues. Sometimes one loop in a batch fails while others complete — that's usually safe to ignore and keep generating as normal.
If failures continue across multiple attempts or feel frequent, contact support@brkcore.com with your account email and the session name.
Daily limit reached (free tier)
Free users (former customers on limited free access) have a daily generation limit — including remixes and regenerations.
Daily limits reset at midnight UTC. Upgrade to Pro or Pro+ for unlimited usage.

The quiz and paywall are required for accounts that have never subscribed. Refresh once and confirm you are signed in. If Checkout still fails, contact support@brkcore.com.
