Refund Policy

Current Policy

We offer a 72-hour refund policy for service-level restrictions such that Brkcore does not work after purchase. The following are examples:

  • A billing error or duplicate charge on our end.

  • Confirmed failure to access paid features after a successful charge.

  • A critical service failure on Brkcore's side that could not be resolved.

What isn't eligible

The situations below are not applicable for a refund, but fortunately you can manage your subscription under Your Subscription → Manage in Stripe on the Settings page.

  • Forgetting to cancel.

  • Cancellation after using part of a billing period.

  • Dissatisfaction with the generation results.

  • Changing the subscription plan.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact support@brkcore.com and include:

  • Your account email

  • Date and approximate time of the charge or issue

  • A brief description of what happened

  • A screenshot or transaction reference if available
