Refund Policy
Current Policy
We offer a 72-hour refund policy for service-level restrictions such that Brkcore does not work after purchase. The following are examples:
A billing error or duplicate charge on our end.
Confirmed failure to access paid features after a successful charge.
A critical service failure on Brkcore's side that could not be resolved.
What isn't eligible
The situations below are not applicable for a refund, but fortunately you can manage your subscription under Your Subscription → Manage in Stripe on the Settings page.
Forgetting to cancel.
Cancellation after using part of a billing period.
Dissatisfaction with the generation results.
Changing the subscription plan.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact support@brkcore.com and include:
Your account email
Date and approximate time of the charge or issue
A brief description of what happened
A screenshot or transaction reference if available
